The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award’s Gold Award Ceremony is held twice a year and continues to be a significant event celebrating the achievements of Participants. In past ceremonies, the Gold Awards have been presented at venues such as Government House and Parliament house, and have been presented by the Governor of Victoria and HRH Prince Edward.
In 2012 one Gold Award Ceremony will be held in December.

Dukes Week is about recognising the benefits young people bring to our community and for Award Participants to celebrate their effort, commitment and achievements, with funds raised going to FLARE Funding. Examples of previous Dukes Week activities have included sausage sizzles, paper aeroplane competitions, talent quests and abseiling walls.
